I just want to take some time out to wish everyone a very safe and joyful holiday. Take some time to enjoy your family, stress less, feed you body clean food, and move.

Dr. Brad and I were having a conversation earlier this week, discussing what health officials are telling us and not telling us regarding COVID. We have heard about the vaccine and booster, but what we haven't heard is how to keep our immune system strong by moving, eating healthy whole food, managing stress, and getting adequate rest. We were designed to be able to fight of illness, but when we don't move, eat junk food, live in a state of stress, and don't get enough sleep, our immune systems may not be able to keep up healthy.
