Iyengar Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that connects poses and breath in a flowing sequence.  The breath is the anchor, the connection between body and mind. It is well suited for beginners and the most experienced.  Students are encouraged to find the balance between effort and ease, find their edge while also seeking gentleness.

Any Age, Any Shape, Any Level

We will provide the support and encouragement to help you on your health journey.  There are no prerequisites. Yoga is accepting of everyone, you don't have to look like anyone else, nor does your practice.   The benefits that you will gain are endless!


Section Title

All-Levels - Vinyasa flow yoga that is suitable for all levels.  Sun salutations and creative flow sequences help link breath to movement. Find strength, cardio, flexibility, and mindfulness in this practice.  It's just what you didn't know you needed.  Monday 7:45-8:45 am, Tuesday 5:45-6:45 pm, Thursday 5:45-6:45 pm, Friday 7:45-8:45 am, Saturday 9:00-10:00 am

Morning Sunrise Yoga - A faster pace vinyasa flow that will leave you feeling energized and ready for your day.

Tuesday 6-6:45 am.  

Gentle Flow Yoga

Slower paced, gentle yoga infused often infused with Qigong.  This practice is perfect for any body.  Wednesday 8:30-9:30 am.  

Chair Yoga - Gently paced yoga class that adapts poses to a chair.  We still link movement to breath and create awareness, but without getting up and down off the floor.  Great class for those with limited movement.  Monday & Friday  9:40-10:10

All Levels + Yin - This class follows Power Up class and incorporates an energetic vinyasa flow, Yang, and a slower flow that allows postures to be held longer for a deeper  stretch, Yin.  Yin yoga stretches the ligaments and connective tissues of the body that may not get enough attention during a flow style class.   Thursday 9:30-10:15


Restorative Yoga - Restorative yoga is about ease and relaxing, so the body can restore.  There is minimal movement and lot of stillness.  Props such as bolsters and blankets are used to support you while you unwind and relax.  Dress in your warm and comfy gear, and bring your blanket.   First and third Wednesdays 7-8 pm.
